SINGAPORE – How has the return to offices affected people’s physical fitness? Some say they are back to using gyms near their workplaces, while others say the office day leaves them too tired to work out.
Lawyer Daniel Ho, 30, is in the first camp and has been more active since returning to the office. When working from home, he ran to keep in shape, but did not weight-train, which he finds is “a more efficient way to maintain fitness”.
